Responsibilites
- Develop, update/revise, implement, and monitor QHSE policies and procedures across all corporate and field sites.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments in both office and field environments in accordance with applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Lead incident investigations and ensure timely reporting and corrective actions.
- Provide QHSE training and awareness programs to staff, incorporating Qatar’s occupational health and safety guidelines and fire safety protocols.
- Collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure integration of QHSE objectives into operational planning.
- Maintain documentation and records in accordance with company policies and Qatar’s legal requirements for workplace safety and environmental protection.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- At least three years of proven QHSE experience in the oil and gas sector, encompassing both corporate environments and field operations.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Good knowledge of Qatar’s health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.
- Ability to prepare clear, concise reports and manuals to support audits, training, and operational procedures.
- Highly organized in documentation and record-keeping, with attention to detail in maintaining compliance.
- NEBOSH, ISO, and other related certifications are an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
