Responsabilites

• Implement and monitor HSSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, and ensure effective follow-up on corrective and preventive measures.
• Deliver HSSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure emergency response plans are up to date and tested.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure all permits and documentation are maintained.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field or a Diploma in Safety.
• Minimum 0-3 years of HSSE experience in the oil & gas or power energy sector
• In-depth knowledge of industry HSSE standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is preferred.
