We are seeking an experienced Instrument Supervisor to lead instrumentation activities across maintenance, project execution, and commissioning phases in oil & gas operations. The role demands strong technical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise installation, calibration, and maintenance of field instruments and control systems.
- Lead instrumentation teams during project execution and commissioning activities.
- Conduct loop checks, functional testing, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and HSE teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and inspection records.
Profile
- Diploma/Degree in Instrumentation or related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in oil & gas instrumentation, with supervisory exposure.
- Strong knowledge of PLC/DCS systems, P&IDs, and international standards.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
