We are looking for an HSE Officer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi . 

Job Location: Site ( Onshore and Offshore) 

Role

• To take part in the incident investigations and HSE studies like HAZOP, HAZID,
• To develop and maintain the HSE Plan and existing HSE Manual,
• To develop and implement the specific Project HSE Plan for the respective project,
• To implement, review, update and improve the HSE Management system.
• To improve HSE awareness amongst the workforces.
• Promotes safety & quality to all personnel within his organization.
• To provide HSE induction for the new employees, issue Safety Alert / Daily Toolbox Talk
• To organise the Company Safety Incentive Programme.
• To conduct Internal audit /second party Audits as per 45001:2018 / ISO 14001:2015 / Monitoring and effective closure of findings.
• Subcontractor Approval, audits and measuring performance.
• Maintain evaluation of compliance and update of Legal and other requirements related to, Health, Safety & Environment.
• Internal Audits (Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and closeout as per the schedule).
• HSE Internal Trainings -basic firefighting training, first aid, etc… and conduct regular drills as stipulated in the drill plan.
• To lead Emergency Response Team and assist in the operation.
• Safety Briefing , HSE induction for site visitors.
• To conduct Risk Assessment for the different projects

Educational backgoung: 

• Diploma or degree in engineering, science, or safety
• Specialized certifications: NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
• Candidate must be approved as HSE Officer by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company
