Responsibilities
- To prepare and issue detailed budget for the perimeter
- To prepare for review the detailed annual budget and updates in liaison with the various internal entities and in agreement with company budget standard format provided by Finance.
- To make the monthly closure and make sure accruals done by the package cost controllers in system are in accordance with the current package and overall project progress
- To issue a detailed internal and external monthly cost report (trends, areas of concerns, budget variance analysis, commitment/ expenditure figures, forecast at completion etc.) with comments and advise Project Management on cost over-runs in a timely manner.
- To implement an efficient invoicing process between the different locations of the project
- To coordinate and standardize EPC cost controllers activities across the multiple packages and locations of the project.
Profile
- Degree in Economics or equivalent
- Minimum of 15 years experience in similar activities in oil and gas projects
- Advanced knowledge and expertise in use of relevant computer systems (SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI)
- EPC contracts mechanisms
- Strong communication skills, team leading experience
