Responsibilities
- To guarantee the implementation of a quality policy ensuring the Safety, Operability, Maintainability and Reliability of new production facilities.
- To ensure integration of the new equipment or facilities in the Field
- Develop Operating Philosophy for the project and update the document at various stages of the project accordingly
- To cover all Operations related topics within projects, including process and flow assurance studies, reliability & availability, and maintainability studies as appropriate.
Profile
- 10+yrs in similar roles within the oil and gas industry
- Proven track record working both with design consultancies and operating companies
- Strong background in oil and gas production, with hands-on expertise in process engineering
- Deep understanding of production systems and operational workflows
- Extensive experience in designing offshore top-side process facilities
- Solid grasp of flow assurance principles and their practical applications
- Proficient in process simulation tools, particularly Aspen HYSYS
- Minimum education level: Bachelor of Science (BSc) or equivalent degree in Process Engineering
- Sound understanding of relevant international codes and standards. Knowledge of NOC standards and MANASA is an advantage
