Responsibilities
Review and log recruitment requests submitted by clients.
Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and industry networks.
Advertise job vacancies on the company’s career website and other approved channels.
Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Prepare and format CVs in line with the company’s standard template.
Submit shortlisted candidates to clients via SAP system.
Support CV sourcing for tender and proposal requirements.
Manage recruitment trackers and ATS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Coordinate with the TAS Coordinator regarding details of newly selected candidates.
Prepare recruitment reports.
Develop and maintain a talent pool of skilled professionals for both technical and non-technical roles.
Promote the company’s values and career opportunities to enhance employer branding and strengthen market reputation.
Profile
Minimum 2-year diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably within the oil & gas or heavy industries.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with visa, work permit, and mobility processes in Qatar is an advantage.
Experience with overseas recruitment is preferred.
Proficient in computer applications.
