JOB DESCRIPTION –

Responsible for preparing and reviewing HV engineering inputs during the tendering stage of 400KV substation projects, ensuring technical compliance and supporting competitive bid preparation.

a. TECHNICAL EXPERTISE – Deep knowledge of high – voltage substation design and engineering standards, enabling accurate evaluation of tender requirements and developments of robust technical solutions.

b. LEADERSHIP – Ability to guide, motivate, and organize multidisciplinary engineers, ensuring efficient collaboration and alignment of deliverables under tight deadlines.

c. COMMUNICATION & CLIENT INTERFACE – Strong capacity to present technical proposals clearly respond to client queries, and represent the engineering team, effectively during tender negotiation.

Year of Exp -12 yr to 15yr

1. Analyze tender documents and define HV scope of work.

1. Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, EOMs, RFQ, and cost estimates for HV equipment and systems.

1. Coordinating with Engg team, procurement, and project Teams for tender submission,

1. Provide Technical clarifications and support during client Queries.

Qualification –

1.Degree in Electrical Engineering / Related field.

2.Experience in HV Engineering for high voltage substations (400KV).

3.Strong knowledge of tendering processes, HV equipment, and International Standards.

4.Excellent communication and Analytical Skills
