Responsibilities

• Providing inputs for the optimal design and layout of new living quarters. during FEED and EPC phase with the respective Contractors.

• Develop LQ architecture in accordance with statement of requirements, specifications, Functional specification and contractual requirements.

• To deliver high-quality architectural design dossier for FEED and all associated documents during EPCIC phase.

• For fit-for-purpose design by Contractor that is constructible and that fulfils operational requirements and has low maintenance and running costs.

• For providing technical support with EPC Contractor regarding technical matters.

• Living quarter cabin architecture is executed in accordance with the organization’s safety regulations, with quality conformance and delivered within the define timeline of the Project schedule.

• For smooth and timely transfer of installation to the operations.

• To promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other HSE procedures in all activities.

• To carry out work in compliance with values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed priorities and objectives, standards and procedures and good industry practices.

• To treat all information obtained during course of the work with confidentiality.

• To assist define the Package LOP budget and Work Time Schedule with objective to reduce the costs and optimize the duration and to ensure compliance with these up to Project Close-out.

• To keep management regularly and properly informed on Package schedule with forecast for the Project completion through an efficient reporting system.

Profile

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in architecture.

• Experience: 5 years’ experience in architectural engineering.

• Experience within a project team within large multinational taskforce team environment.

• Available for technical missions worldwide.

• Language: Fluent English.

• Computer literate.

• leadership skills and good communication skills.

• Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.

• Good analytical skills.

• H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.
