Job Role -

Electrical panel design for the given PLC control panel for the automation projects as per the customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities -

Ø  Generating the electrical diagram

Ø  Generating panel design

Ø  Generating BOM for each project for manufacturing / Purchase

Ø  Engineering support to customers / Manufacturing

Ø  Design Project Scheduling

Ø  Ensure Project Deadline is met.

Ø  Handling escalation If any.

Ø  Handling external design business.

Ø  Planning training for the team and ensure that it is executed properly.

 Technical Skills:

Ø  Siemens PLC 1200/1500 series, S7400 series.

Ø  Comfortable in designing PLC architecture with different communication protocols.

Ø  Familiar with basic principles of electrical, electronics and computer engineering.

Ø  Understanding and using of components such as switch gear used in panels

Ø  Good Panel Building and Wiring Skills

Software Proficiency:

Ø  AutoCAD

Ø  E-Plan

Ø  Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills.

Ø  Ability to train the subordinate.

Ø  Good interaction with Customer.

 Academic Qualification and Certification-

Ø  BE-(EEE) or Diploma in EEE

 Work Experience

Ø  At least 8 yrs relevant experience in similar role

Ø  Total Experience – 8 to 10 yrs.
