We are seeking an experienced MS Power Automate Specialist with a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows across the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, stable, and secure automation solutions that optimize business processes.
Preference will be given to Candidate with prior experience in the industry sectors as Aviation, Transportation, Government or regulated environments.

Role

• Design and develop complex Power Automate Cloud Flows (Automated, Instant, Scheduled).

• Build workflows using advanced expressions, conditions, and logic.

• Integrate automation with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Office 365 apps.

• Develop Excel automation using structured tables and dynamic mappings.

• Connect Power Automate flows to REST APIs for data exchange and system integrations.

• Use Azure DevOps for version control, pipeline automation, and documentation.

• Build structured data collection, validation, and approval processes.

• Ensure automation stability, reliability, and error‑handling mechanisms.

• Apply best practices for scalable solution design and process governance.

• Implement and manage role‑based access control (RBAC) for automation assets.

• Conduct requirements‑gathering sessions with business stakeholders.

• Prepare solution documentation, provide training, and support handover activities.

Profile 

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power Automate and workflow automation.

• Strong knowledge of Power Platform connectors, actions, triggers, and custom API connections.

• Proficiency in Excel automation (tables, dynamic references, Power Query preferred).

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 integrations, including Teams and Outlook automation.

• Experience using Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD processes.

• Basic understanding of scripting (e.g., Python) is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, and business requirements‑gathering skills.

• Experience in designing secure and scalable automation frameworks.
