Job Title: Piping Supervisor

MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS

The service provider will assist and support Construction and Commissioning teams in supervising piping activities related to construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases of the project. The objective is to ensure safe execution, contractor performance and delivery of systems ready for operations.

ACTIVITIES

- Review preparation of pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures (leak tests, GALT, OTPs).

- Supervise piping construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications.

- Follow execution using OPERCOM methodology and ICAPS system.

- Supervise hydrotests, leak tests (N2), GALT and service tests.

- Manage punch list closure and final reinstatement.

- Ensure reporting and documentation tracking.

- Coordinate with other disciplines and stakeholders.

- Ensure strict HSE compliance and proactive reporting.

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT

Industrial brownfield and greenfield environment with multiple contractors and interfaces during construction and commissioning phases.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Engineering degree or equivalent.

- Minimum 10 years experience in piping supervision.

- Mandatory experience in Oil & Gas industry.

- Brownfield experience preferred (greenfield acceptable).

- International project experience is a plus.

- Knowledge of OPERCOM and ICAPS is a strong advantage.

- Strong HSE culture.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Knowledge of construction practices in France.
